Job summary

Robinhood seeks a PeopleX Insights & Analytics Intern for Summer 2027 in a hands-on, data-driven role. You will design high-impact data products, apply predictive insights, and support talent management with real-time dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.

Based in Menlo Park with in-person work required at least 3 days per week, you will collaborate across data science, product, and organizational psychology to forecast workforce needs and improve retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field with expected graduation Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Interest in a fast-paced work environment centered on learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine predictive models to forecast workforce trends.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines (SQL/dbt) for real-time insights.
• Design scientifically-backed survey methodologies and employee listening strategies.
• Create visualizations and dashboards for executive-ready insights.
• Collaborate on AI-driven workflows to automate analysis of unstructured feedback.
• Maintain data integrity by defining metric dictionaries and semantic layer.
