Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or similar role.
• Experience with Workday and Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track turnover, retention, engagement, and diversity.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data.
• Generate reports and presentations for HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR partners to understand data needs and develop solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Assist in designing and implementing surveys to measure organizational effectiveness.
• Stay current with people analytics trends and data visualization best practices.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
