Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a skilled People Data Analyst to join our HR team. The role focuses on analyzing HR data from HRIS, ATS, and surveys, building dashboards to track turnover, retention, engagement, and diversity, and presenting insights to HR and business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years in HR analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with BI tools, data visualization, and AI applications in analytics. Hybrid work and a comprehensive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Experience with Workday (Core HCM, Reports, Calculated Fields, Integrations) and Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from HRIS, ATS, and surveys.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and correlations in HR data.
• Generate reports for HR and business leaders with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR partners to address complex HR challenges.
