This position offers a salary range of $95,000-$105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS experience as a system administrator, ideally with UKG.
• Minimum of 2 years in education or nonprofit sector.
• High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets using formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage various Talent platforms, including HRIS (UKG) and Talent data.
• Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Train school leaders and staff to effectively use UKG and data.
