Job summary

KIPP MA is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle across the organization. The role focuses on exceptional service to candidates, hires, staff, and alumni, while maintaining accurate data and coordinating key HR processes.

Reporting to senior HR leaders, you will collaborate with school leaders and regional staff to ensure compliant, efficient talent operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR processes and data handling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR data accuracy.
• Support payroll processing and HR compliance activities.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding events and candidate communications.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Talent Team.
