Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior People Analytics professional to assess trends, develop actionable insights, and deliver recommendations that drive business decisions. You will design and implement analytics models, tools, and procedures to support leaders across the organization.

You will conduct statistical and financial analyses, create engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, and translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with analytics focus; 2+ years experience or 6+ years experience in people/workforce analytics.
• Proficient querying of internal/external data sources for meaningful insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• High business intelligence acumen and ability to translate business cases into actions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations by understanding the business model and information available.
• Design, develop, and implement People Analytics models, tools and procedures; conduct statistical and financial analysis and modeling.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to drive discovery and articulation of business impact and insights.
• Provide advanced analytical support and serve as a resource to leaders in crafting strategies to address issues and opportunities.
