The role partners with account teams, vendors, and analytics groups, requiring strong SQL and Python skills, data visualization experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable self-service data solutions in a hybrid Chicago office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health care services, statistics, or related field with substantial experience in analytics.
• Proficiency querying diverse data sources to derive meaningful insights.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives and validate client and employer group reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with account executives, vendors, and analytics teams to gather requirements and perform UAT.
• Design and implement automated data workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
