Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate – Business Intelligence in the Employee Experience organization.

You will help deliver analytics solutions that enable HR and business teams to make informed decisions, build dashboards, and keep BI products running smoothly—maintaining and enhancing legacy dashboards, responding to ad hoc reporting needs, and ensuring data quality and governance. This role blends development, operational reporting, and governance with a focus on cloud-based BI platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools and platforms.
• Foundational understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics concepts (Tableau, Snowflake, or Sigma).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and deliver dashboards, reports, and datasets supporting workforce insights.
• Produce timely ad hoc analyses and recurring reports for evolving questions.
• Maintain and improve legacy BI solutions, fix defects, refresh visuals, ensure performance.
• Enable self-service analytics with semantic layers and clear data definitions.
• Support data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Assist cloud data platform integration (e.g., Databricks) for scalable analytics.
• Participate in agile planning and roadmap delivery.
