Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager of People Analytics, Insights & AI to lead advanced analytics, partnerships, and change initiatives across HR and the business. The role combines technical analytics with executive storytelling to influence workforce decisions and business performance.

The candidate will partner with senior HR and business leaders, develop predictive models, KPI dashboards, and business cases, and ensure data quality and governance across the HR landscape at BD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 8+ years in HR analytics, business partnership, and data-driven decision making.
• 5+ years in people analytics with large datasets.
• 5+ years HR experience in talent, performance, compensation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading analytics teams or senior IC leadership.
• Proven adoption of analytics tools and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to articulate ROI for analytics initiatives to senior leaders.
• Advanced Power BI skills including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience with predictive modeling and enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to frame workforce challenges as analytical problems.
• Act as trusted advisor to HRBPs with workforce insights and decision support tools.
• Translate analytics findings into business terms for senior audiences.
• Identify opportunities where analytics can add measurable value and build cases.
