Job summary

NiCE is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join a global, fast-paced organization. You will manage HR data, build dashboards, and provide analyses to enable leadership decisions.

The role blends analytics with HR operations support, offering broad exposure to people analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives across time zones. Expect some early/late meetings and a HYBRID work model leveraging NI CE-FLEX.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting or HR operations.
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience building reports and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to convert data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain HR data across systems with accuracy and reliability.
• Manage headcount reporting and analysis, forecasting, trends and movement.
• Build, automate, and improve recurring reports and executive presentations.
• Provide ad hoc data requests and workforce planning input to HR partners.
• Prepare executive-level ESAT and quarterly business review reports.
• Support HR operations and reporting processes across global teams.
