You will design and ship AI agents, build data products, and partner with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to drive strategic decisions. This is a data storytelling and automation role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Desiged and shipped an AI agent or automated workflow used by others.
• Demonstrated analytical and business judgment to interpret ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled data products, dashboards, and self-service tools for leadership.
• Own compensation and leveling data processes, benchmarks, and market studies.
• Support TA analytics with data insights and storytelling.
• Ensure data quality and governance in HRIS integrations (Rippling).
• Translate data into decision-ready narratives for exec leadership.
• Develop automations and dashboards ahead of major HR cycles.
