Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a PEO Sales role focused on expanding the client base and increasing profitability within the PEO Sales organization. You will identify client needs, present Paychex PEO solutions, and work with brokers to secure referrals and grow revenue.

The role emphasizes onboarding new PEO clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and traveling to conferences or trainings as required. A High School Diploma and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex PEO solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, mail, seminars and local marketing.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition onto the service.
• Travel as needed for conferences, trainings, and meetings.
