Responsibilities

• Develop new clients within the PEO Sales organization to grow profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources in-person or virtually.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals beyond the current client base.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
• Maintain accurate reports and project outcomes for management review.
• Travel as needed to conferences, trainings, or regional/national meetings.
