Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma and relevant sales experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources beyond Paychex base.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure smooth transition.
• Travel as needed to attend conferences or regional meetings.
