• Provides payroll tax expertise and support to resolve client payroll tax concerns.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients, CPAs and Paychex departments.
• Supervises training of personnel and develops staff for advancement.
• Recruits, selects, hires and evaluates staff to ensure department needs are met.
