Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in the United States to own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will lead new client acquisition with an emphasis on PEO services and deliver strong revenue growth.

The role rewards a base salary of $85,000 with uncapped commissions and an OTE well over $200,000. If you thrive on the chase and can hunt across the country, this is your sandbox.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience selling PEO services (HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, workers' compensation, risk management).
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-solver – able to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Aggressively grow the territory and acquire new clients nationwide.
