Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Chandler, AZ to oversee client implementations of our PEO solutions. You will coordinate across Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations teams to ensure a smooth rollout and exceptional client experience.

The role requires 3+ years in HR/payroll implementations, proficiency with PrismHR, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel and training responsibilities may apply as part of client onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with PrismHR HR software.
• Strong payroll HR process knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Experience in implementation and payroll or related field.
• Experience managing multiple implementations and deadlines.
• Knowledge of federal/state benefit regulations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Manage full implementation by gathering requirements and configuring PEO solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and provide guidance on configuration.
• Provide training to clients on using the PEO system effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, workflows, and benefit regulations.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities in benefit implementations.
• Assume other duties as required.
