Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a PEO Implementation Consultant to manage the end-to-end onboarding of new clients. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, and compliance, with hands-on PrismHR experience.

The candidate will lead workshops, configure HR/ payroll solutions, and train clients on best practices while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing client success.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience within a PEO environment.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and related federal/state regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, FPC, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and Sales teams.
