Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dedicated implementation professional to manage end-to-end onboarding for new PEO clients in Duluth, GA. You will configure payroll and HR solutions, serve as the primary contact, and train clients on best practices to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires hands-on PrismHR experience, strong client communication, and solid knowledge of payroll regulations. This on-site, full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Role Summary

Manage the full implementation lifecycle for new PEO clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, compliance with payroll and HR regulations, and successful adoption of our solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience within a PEO environment.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and related federal/state regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, FPC, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and Sales teams.
