Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a PEO Implementation Consultant to manage the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, ensuring onboarding smoothness, payroll compliance, and adoption of our HR solutions.

The role requires hands-on PrismHR experience, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. On-site in Duluth, GA with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients.
• Configure HR and payroll solutions based on client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.
• Train clients on system utilization and best practices.
• Resolve implementation-related technical and operational issues.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure a successful transition.
• Maintain expertise in payroll, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and efficiencies.
