Rate of Pay is $22.00 an hour. This role offers benefits after 30 days, ski pass, golf membership, and discounted Hyatt stays

Qualifications

• Flexibility in your schedule is essential.
• Must be available to work nights, both weekend days and all Holiday's as needed.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• A passion for providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences
• Must be a people person willing to go beyond the expected for our guests
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing
• A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests and connect them to local authentic experiences.
• Work as an integral member of the front office team to create distinctively different and authentic experiences for guests.
