Destination by Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. This role oversees Front Office operations, ensuring top guest service and seamless desk, concierge, and bell valet activities in the absence of the Guest Services Manager.

You will promote cross-department collaboration, lead pre-shift meetings, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to prepare rooms. The position requires hospitality management experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service background is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong managerial skills with a proven guest service record.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Property Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Office operations and ensure seamless functioning in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Promote cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to align guest service teams.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to prepare rooms for check-in.
