Job summary

BOOST LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-task technical and analytical support program for SAF/AQ near the Pentagon in the DC metro area. The role comprises IT requirements, enterprise architecture, AI integration, and acquisition support, directing a multi-company team and serving as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of multi-project leadership, a Master’s in Business or Engineering, and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-project management experience.
• Ability to work on-site near the Pentagon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract leadership and engage with Contracting Officer and COR.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with SAF/AQ leadership.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing.
• Set and enforce quality standards across five lanes and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct and coordinate a multi-company team.
