Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an experienced program analyst to support the Undersea portfolio and lead elements of the SPA team working with PAE Undersea.

The role involves technical research, mitigation plan development, and producing executive briefs for senior leaders. Frequent travel to vendor sites is possible, and the position is onsite at the Pentagon with travel to Washington Navy Yard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field.
• 7+ years in engineering or technical program analysis experience.
• Experience working with the Navy, either operationally or as part of a staff.
• Experience working with stakeholders at the Pentagon, either operationally or as part of staff.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to analyze and represent data and communicate to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct program management support to PAE Undersea and lead elements of the SPA team supporting PAE Undersea.
• This work may include technical research, development of mitigation plans, technical writing, and action officer efforts.
• Brief senior leaders on program progress, translating complex technical problems into executive-ready briefs.
• Travel to vendor sites for meetings and reviews is possible.
