The Business Specialist develops executive-level documentation, process maps, and performance metrics to guide modernization efforts and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD business operations.
• Experience with CPI/Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
• Experience creating executive briefings and reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Support CPI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Develop process maps and SOPs in Visio.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and reports.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and SMEs.
• Track milestones, POA&Ms, and performance metrics.
