LTC Solutions, LLC is a small business with a huge commitment to supporting our government clients. On-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, the Senior Business Specialist role focuses on logistics modernization, cost modeling, and stakeholder integration to enable informed leadership decisions.

You will develop cost models, conduct ROI analyses, coordinate with DoD organizations, and prepare executive briefings and decision papers.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and CAC eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Eight+ years of DoD logistics modernization, business analysis, or HQ operations experience.
• Experience with PPBEA, POM development, and defense logistics modernization.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, decision papers, and analytical recommendations.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level business analysis and support for logistics modernization initiatives.
• Develop cost models, ROI analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and affordability assessments.
• Analyze proposals for operational effectiveness, costs, risks, and life‑cycle implications.
• Coordinate modernization initiatives with DoD stakeholders and program offices.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers, and data-driven recommendations.
