Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Technical Lead for an on-site role in Reading, PA. You will drive end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery, lead engineering teams, and coordinate onshore and offshore efforts to ensure successful deployment of agentic AI applications.

Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Strands Agents Framework, and enterprise AI governance is required. The role emphasizes performance, security, and governance practices for scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or 3+ years of AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI solution experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and global delivery programs.
• Proven experience managing onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solution.

AI/ML Technical Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, leading engineering teams, coordinating onshore and offshore delivery, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions. Hands-on experience building production-grade agentic AI applications using Strands Agents Framework, Microsoft Agent Core, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks and implementing enterprise AI assistants, autonomous agents, and AI workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.45/hour - $63.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
