Pensions Project Analyst / Associate Consultant

Location: Winchester - £competitive

A leading UK Pensions & Investment Consultancy, highly regarded in the industry, is looking for an experienced pensions professional to join their growing de-risking pensions team.

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with clients to meet their data requirements and prepare for pension dashboard, buy-in, buy-out, and GMP projects. The team is seeking ambitious candidates eager to develop their careers in this dynamic area, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and reviewing data for pension projects, including GMP, buy-out/buy-in, and new business transitions.
2. Applying technical pensions knowledge to manage data migration, recalculations, and scheme event projects.
3. Performing complex manual calculations as required.
4. Manipulating data for analysis using advanced Excel skills.
5. Managing projects and workloads to meet service levels, developing client relationships, and taking ownership of project tasks.
6. Collaborating effectively within a team environment where everyone’s contributions are valued.
7. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and developing good client rapport.
