Qualifications

• Proficiency in evaluating pension applications and basic estimates.
• Experience with database systems and pension modules (PeopleSoft).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with members.

Responsibilities

• Administer DB Plan provisions requiring basic analysis or calculations.
• Calculate pension estimates, prior/military service, and responses to inquiries.
• Maintain data in PeopleSoft Pension module and related tools.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support cyclical processing and period-end activities.
