Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into system requirements and testing activities for Pension Outsourcing delivery. You will collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and Pension Administration teams to ensure quality within scope and timelines.

You will contribute to process improvements, document requirements, and support release and production activities while leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and executing test plans including UAT testing.
• Ability to document functional specifications and data requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, or similar relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system specifications, configuration requirements, and testing approaches.
• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans for system components.
• Coordinate testing with developers and stakeholders and manage defects.
• Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and validation for changes.
• Collaborate with Pension Administration and Retirement teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Assist with effort estimates, scope management, and delivery objectives.
