Job summary

Wilson-McShane Corporation, a third-party administrator for Taft-Hartley funds, is seeking a Pension Systems & Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a full-time role. You will develop pension processes, perform valuation calculations, and liaise with clients, government agencies, unions, and consultants.

The position emphasizes strong analytical skills, professional judgement, and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations, tests, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Quality Assurance Testing experience preferred.
• Ability to write moderately complex queries in UniData, SQL Server and/or MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of internal pension processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans.
• Liaison between internal and external parties (business and technical).
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and ensure changes are effectively tested (UAT, Regression, etc.).
• Develop moderately complex queries and reports.
