Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon
• Have experience of pensions benefit administration
• Have strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects
• Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate
• Experience in working with MS Excel proforma calculations and/or dealing with membership data in bulk would be an advantage
• Do you have the skills needed to build pension calculations on our administration platform?
