Responsibilities

• Process and calculate retirement, refund or related benefit claims and associated recalculations.
• Provide technical and clerical support to the Benefits Department and assist in various benefit areas.
• Analyze and prepare calculation and benefit information for members.
• Review and organize retirement applications and related documents for processing.
• Respond to inquiries from members and employers; communicate provisions of Pension Code clearly.
