The Hollow Metal Trust Fund and Pension Fund is seeking a Retirement Analyst to process retirement benefits, assist members, and handle related tasks in-office. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and adherence to plan rules.

Responsibilities include eligibility determinations, processing retiree applications, and preparing reports. Strong math, communication skills, and bilingual ability (Spanish/English) are preferred for this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in processing pension benefit plans.
• Proficiency in math and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of retirement program principles, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits reporting.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Receive and handle calls or in-person visits from members for eligibility and benefits.
• Process applications for Retirees, Surviving Spouses and QDROs based on eligibility.
• Guide members inquiring about retirement and assist them with the process.
• Verify documentation on file and follow up to determine benefits eligibility.
• Review and process PBI Reports and returned funds from the bank.
• Prepare and process monthly to quarterly reports as needed.
• Process Pension Calculations, peer review forms and retirement letters.
