Job summary

Creative Information Technology Inc (CITI) is seeking a Senior Pension Administration System (PAS) Consultant to lead assessment, planning, procurement, and implementation of a replacement PAS for Fairfax County. The role requires independent analysis of current systems, gap identification, and detailed requirements development to guide vendor selection.

Qualifications

• Assess current PAS environment and operations.
• Develop detailed business and technical requirements for PAS replacement.
• Support procurement, vendor selection, and implementation.
• Operate independently and avoid conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment, replacement planning, procurement, and implementation of the new Pension Administration System.
• Evaluate the current PAS environment and identify workflow gaps.
• Develop and translate business/technical requirements for future PAS.
• Provide objective consulting throughout procurement and vendor selection.
• Assist with PAS selection and coordinate implementation with County/FCRS stakeholders.
• Potentially provide PM/QA oversight and ensure project success.
