Capital One seeks a Senior Manager of Cyber Security (Penetration Testing, People Leader) to lead and grow an ethical hacking program across networks, services, applications, and infrastructure. You will drive strategic testing initiatives, mentor staff, and coordinate remediation with developers to strengthen Capital One's security posture.

With strong cloud, scripting, and leadership experience, you will report results to executives and implement techniques that keep defense ahead of evolving

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years in cybersecurity or IT.
• At least 6 years evaluating or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.
• At least 3 years in people leadership.
• At least 4 years of penetration testing experience.
• At least 2 years working with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 1 year scripting with Python, Golang, or C#.
