- Ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing 20–80 pounds and work in demanding conditions.
Responsibilities
- Penetrant Inspection on castings and evaluation of surface discontinuities.
- Inspect castings under UV light for cracks, oxides, and other indications.
- Apply penetrant liquid for spot checks as needed; perform air pressure tests.
- Train Line Operators on penetrant inspection procedures.
- Mark indications and analyze results to determine acceptance or salvage.
