Job summary

Oxford Collection Pendleton seeks an experienced General Manager to lead Oxford Suites Pendleton. This hands-on hospitality leader will oversee daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and property standards.

You will develop teams, manage budgets, collaborate with sales to grow local accounts, and drive profitability while maintaining Oxford Collection standards and culture. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel or hospitality team.
• Strong financial acumen and cost controls.
• Ability to develop teams and drive guest satisfaction.
• Must be a United States citizen or work permit.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hotel operations to meet sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reviews; control costs.
• Develop and coach department managers; promote service excellence.
• Collaborate with sales to grow occupancy and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Oxford Collection standards.
