Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience managing multiple hotel properties.
• Proven leadership and financial acumen.
• Ability to mentor and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operations support to the hotels in the area.
• Lead revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Mentor General Managers and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee safety, training, and payroll with home office coordination.
• Audit performance and ensure goals are met.
• Participate in budgeting and financial reviews.
