Eastern Oregon - Area Director of Operations

Regular Full Time Management PEN, Pendleton, OR, US

Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Position Summary:

The Area Director provides leadership and direction to the General Managers assigned within their specific area. This position will continue the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager, ensuring the requirements are met for their assigned property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service always upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture.

Management and Administration (30%):

• Provide direct operations support to specific hotels
• Assists specific hotels to achieve goals and objectives to include operational support, monitoring profitability, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction
• Responsible for directing management in accordance with the policies and practices of the company
• Responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategies for meeting goals in the areas of revenue generation, market share performance, guest satisfaction, and net operating income
• Ensures that general managers have clear and concise goals
