Job summary

Oxford Suites Pendleton is a property of the Oxford Collection Hotels seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness and guest-service standards.

You will manage scheduling, training, quality control, and collaboration with front desk and maintenance, while guiding staff through daily tasks and safety procedures in a positive, solutions-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Housekeeping / cleaning services experience required
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Manage scheduling, time and attendance, and labor hours.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high level of service.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for operations.
• Participate in MOD program and adhere to attendance policies.
