Oxford Collection Pendleton is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Pendleton property, drive exceptional guest experiences, and achieve strong financial results. You will oversee operations, staff development, and standards while maintaining a hands-on approach in daily activities.

You will partner with sales leadership to strengthen local accounts, grow the Oxford Suites presence, and balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality leader focused on developing teams and guest experiences.
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial results as a GM.
• Experience managing hotel-wide operations and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily hotel operations and ensures sanitation and cleanliness.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and cost control to maximise profitability.
• Leads recruitment, training and development of department managers.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and strong employee relations.
• Collaborates with sales/marketing to grow occupancy and revenue.
