Confidential Employer in Mesa, AZ is seeking a PEMB foreman with 4+ years of field leadership to lead PEMB steel erection, metal roofing, wall systems, insulation, and related trades on commercial projects throughout Arizona. The role is on-site with hands-on supervision of crews and subcontractors.

You will read and communicate PEMB shop drawings, coordinate sequencing, materials, equipment, deliveries, and milestones while ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PEMB construction foreman experience.
• Strong experience with PEB/PEMB steel erection, metal roofs, metal wall systems, and insulation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to work safely at heights, in varying temperatures and jobsite environments, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field activities for PEMB steel erection, metal roofing, wall systems, insulation, and related trades.
• Direct crews and subcontractors while maintaining safe, productive, and organized jobsites.
• Read and communicate PEMB shop drawings, erection drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and project milestones.
• Conduct toolbox talks, daily jobsite meetings, field reports, and progress documentation.
• Communicate job progress, resource needs, field issues, and potential delays to project management.
• Oversee proper material handling, storage, installation, and quality control.
• Verify subcontractor scope and coordinate work between trades.
• Manage inspections, deficiencies, punch-list items, and field completion activities.
• Perform and supervise work from the ground, lifts, and elevated surfaces while following required PPE and safety procedures.
