Job summary

Southwest Building Solutions LLC is seeking a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erector to join our field operations in Arizona. You will safely assemble, install, and align PEMB components on project sites, following drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment. This full-time, non-exempt position requires reading basic drawings, operating hand and power tools, and willingness to travel across Arizona

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Construction experience of 6+ months preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems per drawings and specs.
• Install roof systems, wall panels, doors, windows, and related components.
• Operate aerial lifts and other construction equipment safely.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Maintain quality and assist with punch lists.
