Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced field leader to oversee PEMB projects, coordinating scheduling, manpower, subcontractors, and daily reporting. The role emphasizes strong safety discipline and adherence to OSHA standards while working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years of field construction experience, with at least 3 years directly managing PEMB erection, and demonstrated ability to lead crews,

Qualifications

5-15 years of construction field experience with PEMB exposure.
Proven ability to lead crews, manage scheduling, and enforce safety standards.
Excellent communication and quick decision-making in dynamic project locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee field activities on PEMB projects, including scheduling and manpower management.
Coordinate subcontractors and maintain daily reports and documentation.
Ensure site safety programs and OSHA compliance across projects.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address challenges and keep projects on track.
Travel to multiple project locations and manage site inspections and walkthroughs.
