Job summary

Steel Nation is seeking a PEMB Design Coordinator to ensure accuracy and constructability of pre-engineered metal building projects. You will review, redline, and approve PEMB design drawings, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PEMB design experience.
• Proficient in reviewing and redlining drawings.
• Experience with PEMB coordination drawings.
• Strong knowledge of PEMB systems and construction practices.
• Experience with MBS and ACT software.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and approve PEMB design drawings for accuracy.
• Review coordination drawings and verify layouts and openings.
• Verify designs align with client specs and orders.
• Identify design conflicts and coordinate issue resolution.
• Serve as technical resource to PMs, clients, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure drawings are reviewed and approved before fabrication.
• Maintain design quality, accuracy, and schedule adherence.
