gpac seeks an experienced Structural Design Engineer to design PEMB structures from concept through completion. The role requires a PE license and strong structural engineering background.

This position can be worked remotely, offering flexibility and collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities include performing structural calculations, reviewing plans, coordinating with architects and fabricators, and ensuring code compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Experience designing PEMB or similar steel building systems.
• Solid knowledge of structural steel design and building codes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to design and engineer pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structures. The ideal candidate will have strong structural engineering experience and an active P.E. license.

This position can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer PEMB structures from concept through completion
• Perform structural calculations and analysis for steel building systems
• Review project plans, specifications, and structural requirements
• Prepare and review structural drawings and details
• Coordinate with architects, fabricators, detailers, and project teams
