Job summary

Atrium Health Specialty Network, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist to rotate among Morehead Medical Plaza, Arboretum, and Ballantyne locations. Pelvic Physical Therapy experience preferred.

The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing care plans, guiding treatments, and documenting progress. Requires Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and an active state license; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Pelvic Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques, establishes functional goals and provides evidenced-based intervention.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, discharge notes and charges as needed.
• Communicates patient’s evaluation and progress to physicians, coordinates schedule and discharge planning.
• Supervises PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
