Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to serve two sites including University City Adults. Pelvic physical therapy experience and/or relevant coursework is preferred.

The role evaluates patients, develops care plans, conducts interventions, documents progress, and collaborates with physicians and the care team. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure are required, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• Applicable state license to practice Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Interprets data from medical records and referrals.
• Sets functional goals and provides evidence-based interventions.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, outcomes, and discharge planning.
• Communicates progress to physicians and care team; coordinates schedules.
• Provides supervision of PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide per licensure.
