Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health to join our Onalaska therapy team. Board certification in pelvic floor therapy is highly desired but not required.

We seek someone with experience in treating pelvic floor conditions and who can also work with general orthopedic patients if needed. This full-time role offers 60-minute appointments, a starting salary of $82,305 and up, with a Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from APTA-approved program.
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License required.
• BLS for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross.
• Experience with pelvic floor conditions preferred.
• Board-certified PWCS or PWCS eligibility highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognosis and intervene for pelvic floor conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal pelvic rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff to coordinate care.
• Utilize multi-faceted treatment approaches to address pelvic dysfunction.
